We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused. Please note that custom-made or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Each product comes with a specific care guide. Generally, our linens are machine washable on a gentle cycle, while our handcrafted ceramics should be hand-washed to preserve their finish.
